1. Create 10 questions on employee recruitment and selection to ask an HR professional (Think about the steps to recruit, interview, and select candidates)
2. Interview a Human Resources (HR) professional (in person or virtual) with your 10 questions
3. Write a 3-page paper on your experience. Include the questions you asked, but do not include bullet points in your paper. The paper should flow and show an understanding of the assignment and of how to create in-depth reports similar to what a job analyst would do (APA FORMAT)
4. Upload Paper and Questions separately on Blackboard
If you cannot find someone who works in HR, you could also interview someone who has the authority to hire someone and who has interviewed and hired before.
In the paper, include their job title/role in the company, but DO NOT include their names or name of the company. If you are meeting anyone in person take all precautionary measures to keep you and your interviewee safe and healthy.
