Artefact 2: Risk Assessment Summary and reflection 1,500 words (+/-10%)
Task
There are two parts to this assignment task:
1) Using the template provided you are asked to write a risk of serious harm summary on a case you are supervising. The summary should draw on the literature that informs your risk assessment.
2 Using a model of reflection, provide a critical reflection on undertaking the risk summary task. This should reflect on your learning and consider how this will inform future practice. This will be 500 words (+/-10%)
