Descriptions (pastor and staff), and local church strategic plan for growth and ministry expansion. Develop an administrative structure chart (including all persons and positions at the decision-making and implementation levels) and be sure to include an explanation of the chart.
Then develop a sample church budget that demonstrates how he/she believes his/her local church resources should be allocated in the local church based on the local church’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.
The final paper must next explain the student’s theology of Pentecostal local church ministry. In this section, share how his/her calling has contributed to his/her ministry to the local church.
Finally, expound on the biblical support that informs his/her Pentecostal theology of ministry and end with his/her goals for continued local church ministry, engagement and contribution toward the local church’s fulfillment of its mission and vision.
