Right-to-reenter forms
Research right-to-reenter forms or permission-to-enter forms, and create an official document for the town or county in which you live.
In a real case, this form will be signed by property owners and fire officials and should highlight the importance of the agency having the right to reenter the property and seize evidence if necessary.
The form should have a brief description of the reason why reentry should be obtained, a disclaimer that the owner can refuse reentry after giving permission, and should hold scrutiny to legal challenges of Michigan v. Tyler and Michigan v. Clifford in the components it covers.
