Migration Interview Report
Write a report and there is one main question you must respond to (and this will
be the bulk of your words):
(q1) How did your interviewee’s identities (such as, gender, ethnicity, sexuality,
religion or citizenship status) shape their experience of migrating?
but in answering this you need to spend a small number of works introducing the
participant by responding to the following:
(q2) What is the broad context in which the person you interview migrated (eg.
their visa category, explanations from Australia or overseas, etc.) (no more than
300 words) and finally respond to the following question:
(q3) Can the concept of othering, as used in the Leitner article, be used to
explain the experience of the person you interviewed? (no more than 350 words)
