Business risk management
You need to produce a report that contains analysis of risks facing a particular international business in the coming few years, from now up to ten years in the future.
What will that world look like six months, a year, ten years from now? There are likely to be issues arising that you will need to deal with during your professional career.
In the report your need to focus on a particular major risk factor that is potential to introduce substantial disruptions to the industries and economies in which the business operates. These selected major issues should pose threats to the ways businesses operate and compete on marketplaces.
Based on your analysis, you need to develop a risk management strategy and formulate a business continuity plan.
This will comprise a report of 3500 words (exclusive of tables, figures, references, appendixes) (10% either side). Groups are typically of no less than 3 and no more than 6 students. Groups are formed by the tutor during the first seminar sessions.
