In section two, discuss the tax incentives that are enticing high-net-worth individuals to Puerto Rico, where they may establish residences and enterprises while reaping the benefits of significant taxable savings.
In the last section, discuss the proliferation of Airbnbs at an alarming rate, which is causing rents to rise, displacing residents, and gentrifying neighborhoods.
Discuss six real-life examples of Puerto Ricans who have fled to the mainland United States and their families.
