Risk Management Plan
The Brenner Base Tunnel (BBT) is a straight, flat railway tunnel connecting two countries. It runs for 55 km between Innsbruck (in Austria) and Fortezza (in Italy). This project has been defined as a masterpiece of engineering in Europe.
You have been consulted as an expert with respect to the Emergency, Risk and Safety Management practice to prepare a Risk Management Plan for this Project. This will require you to carry out the following:
1. Risk identification, qualification and quantification
2. Strategies to manage various types of risk.
3. Mapping the situation in terms of hazards, vulnerability and impact
4. Loss estimation and resources inventory
5. Communication management with all parties involved in the plan
6. How the plan would be monitored.
7. Clearly state any assumptions you make.
