Adapting to the Circular Economy
Business leaders should review their strategic direction and review their role and initiatives related to the Circular Economy.
For this assignment, you will assess your business idea from previous courses or a new one for this course . The assessment will cover the following information:
1. Is your business idea sustainable, focusing on elements of sustainability, or have opportunities to develop a sustainable program?
2. How can you implement one change in your business idea that relates to one of the three principles:
Regenerate natural systems
Design out waste and pollution
Keep products and materials in use
3. Identify three challenges you will face in implementing the one change identified in point 2. Provide a rationale for why these may be challenges.
4. What benefits will the change identified in point 2 bring to your business or others in the ecosystem? Describe the benefit in detail for at least two of them.
5. How do you get your team on board with the change and support the initiative?
There is no page minimum for this assignment. However, each question listed above should have at least one paragraph in response. For clarity, there should be at least 5 paragraphs minimum. Provide at least three cited sources and follow APA 7th edition rules for in-text citation and reference list.
