Your company is carrying out a strategic review of its operations in North Wales and the North West of England. The Chief Executive Officer is particularly keen to ensure all aspects of the business are working efficiently and where possible maximising the potential for cost effectiveness.
You have been tasked with producing a 15-minute power point presentation, based on a construction site/case study of your choice and should include the following points:
Create a programme of works for your construction site/case study to clearly show the design and production stages of the project. In particular the introduction of innovative production techniques to improve the production process should be included.
A developed material delivery procedure must also be included in your programme of works.
The presentation should conclude with recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer based on the findings of your presentation. In this age of digital technology recommendations on software and equipment for both office and site environments should be included.
