Your Leadership Philosophy is yours. It is unique to your values and beliefs, where you currently are in your growth as a leader, your preferred leadership style, and your vision. To lead one must know self first, as often self affects how we lead and/or respond to people and situations.
Your philosophy will change over time as your knowledge expands and your leadership experiences evolve over time. Over time, based on life experiences, our values, beliefs, and vision can also change. As change occurs, how we choose to lead will most likely change. Therefore, a leadership philosophy may be ever-changing as you evolve over time in leadership roles.
