Advertising and promotions
The main aim of the assessments on this module, are for you to develop an advertising / marketing communications campaign and to understand the planning and research that go into this.
In order to be able to develop your integrated communications campaign, you will be expected to review a brand, the environment it operates in and the key communication challenges that it faces. This will be done in your first assessment.
We would like you to assume the role of an agency Account Manager, creating an infographic customer persona which details your target audience for the live industry brief you are working on which is called Extra Care Charitable Trust.
A customer persona is a representation of your target market, based on market research and academic theory. The format of your infographic is up to you – there is no specific format this has to take
Alongside the persona, you will create a Market Research Report, which provides insight about the client, the market they operate in and the challenges they might face.
