Introduction – here set out what the question is asking and how you wish to propose to answer it. You have to do this by stating the roadmap you’re doing to take in the say and make sure you stick to it.
Main body – here will be the main content of the essay where you will make the main arguments. In the arguments you must discuss all the strengths, weaknesses and finally give examples to prove and show your point. You must also refer to as many sources as you can to get the highest marks (articles, blogs, statues, case law, judicial and academic reviews etc etc) the key is to make sure the points you make are backed up and critically justified.
The main body must also be coherently ordered with points flowing into each other (a good essay will not be read like a series of unrelated points) so make sure the paragraphs flow nicely. And always make sure you always relate back to the question make sure you do not lose focus!)
Conclusion- here you show draw together the arguments you have made and reach a reasoned conclusion. Make sure your summaries everything you have mentioned in the essay and end it off nicely.
Footnotes – make sure you reference everything you say. This is very important and will be checked to see if the things you say are from the correct sources.
