What can you do to prevent relapsing or reverting back to the negative health behavior you have been working to change?

Emergency Plan
Safety requires you to be prepared in case of emergency, such as a natural disaster or a terrorist attack. With the help of your family members, develop an emergency plan.

Your plan should include ALL of the following four items.
In case of a house fire, identify where you could safely exit your house and where your family would meet outside.

Locate where in your home fire extinguishers and first aid kits are.

Create emergency contact information, such as neighbor’s phone numbers, doctor’s numbers, etc.

Make a list of at least 10 important items needed for a 72-Hour Emergency Kit.

2.Provide an example of how you could have used a health behavior intervention in order to help you change your personal health habit.

Describe someone after whom you try to model your life. Why is this person your model for behavior?

Identify stimuli that prompt you to do certain behaviors in your life.

For Assignment 1.2 you created a health habit action plan.  How successful do you feel you have been in completing this goal throughout the semester?

What can you do to prevent relapsing or reverting back to the negative health behavior you have been working to change?

3.Discussion 7.1 Reinforcement Therapy
Debate which type of reinforcement therapy you think has the greatest influence on behavior. Support your position by giving examples from your own life.
