PART 2 (Need it by 05 Feb 2021)
Create a Hayes and Wheelwright’s four-stage model for Shionogi. (choose the best example to reflect in this model) – 300 words Max
Stage 1 – Internal neutrality poorest level, holding the company back.
Stage 2 – External neutrality breaking out of stage 1 starting to compare with others.
Stage 3 – Internally supportive amongst the best in the market.
Stage 4 – Operations function provides a foundation for competitive success.
Create a supply chain diagram for Shionogi – 300 words max
Is supply chain management more important in some sectors than in others and in which sectors does it have the greatest impact? Can you explain why? – 250 words Max
