Section 3 leadership development : a 10-minute recorded audio presentation. This presentation needs to be reflective about your findings (first person writing) and use a reflective model such as Gibbs Model (1988).
Section 4 Leadership in Practice (500words +/-): to reflect on your personal experience of any leadership roles that you have had in the past or currently (use first person writing).
