Describe a challenging conflict related to a leadership and diversity issue and design a detailed approach toward mutual solutions for this conflict.
The solution must incorporate at least three structures from Levels I, II, III, or IV (Mor Barak, 2017) appropriate to the identified problem. It must also incorporate concepts from Mor Barak (2017) Chapters 11, 17, 18, and mutual obligation solutions described by Emerson & Yancey (2011).

Describe the identified conflict in detail, including its context and at least two conflicting perspectives of what is wrong (opposing points of view). Include a brief review of any previous attempts to resolve the conflict. (4 points)
Select three structures from Mor Barak (2017) appropriate to the identified conflict (Level I, II, III, or IV) and design resolution plans that bring these structure to the identified conflict. (You may need to stretch your perspective to see the problem beyond a single organization.) (5 points)
Explain how the principles outlined in Mor Barak (2017), Chapters 11, 17, and 18 will strengthen your plan. Include diversity paradox, decoupling, organizational climate, and a statement connecting the identified conflict to its global context. (4 points)
Describe an alternate plan from the mutual obligations approach described by Emerson and Yancey (2011). How does their proposed methodology inform your approach? (4 points)
