Reflect on how EBP might impact (or not impact) the Quadruple Aim in healthcare.
Consider the impact that EBP may have on factors impacting these quadruple aim elements, such as preventable medical errors or healthcare delivery.

Every paper that you write, no matter what the content or course, should have an introductory paragraph. This is where you introduce the reader to the topic and purpose of the paper and what the paper will discuss. It should be a brief but complete paragraph.
Patient Experience
Next, to correctly organize and format a 7th ed APA paper, you use primary headers to separate each section of your paper. A good place to look for an outline of your paper is the grading rubric. This particular paper should be organized following the points in the instructions and also on the grading rubric. So discuss each section that is asked for in brief complete paragraphs and use scholarly sources to support your discussions with proper citations. For example for groups of 3 or more authors you cite with et al. (Grissom et al., 2017) for example.
Population Health
Use the tab key to indent your paragraphs and make sure that the whole paper is double spaced with 12 inch font and the whole paper should be the same font and size including cover page and reference list. If you directly quote material you must add a page number in the citation for example, According to Smith and Jones (2020, p. 2) “there are many areas that concern nurses related to population health.” If you are not quoting do not include page number. Also make note that your paper should be written in your own words with use of direct quotes sparingly.
Cost
Continue with the sections of your paper making sure that you address each topic with the same intensity and depth, incorporating outside scholarly sources to support your points. Also make note that for this course, it is paramount that you are using current literature and current research evidence to support your topics and also your discussions in the discussion thread. A good rule of thumb is within 5-7 years for current evidence. We do not want to base our nursing protocols on outdated research literature. Also note for scholarly papers, that you spell out words and avoid contractions.
Work Life of Healthcare Providers
Continue the paper with the same type of paragraph. Also try to write in active voice and avoid personal pronouns and personal reflection. After you complete each section you add a summary paragraph to your paper.
Conclusion
You should have a separate conclusion paragraph, with header for every paper you write. This is a summary paragraph only that does not include any new information. It is also the proper place to include any personal thoughts or reflection. After you conclude your paper, begin your ref list on new page.
