You are preparing to interview your client for the first time. This is a generic checklist you can use for any interview not specific to any particular scenario. Your interview will be short.
Your supervisor has asked you to supply her with a plan, analysing the most important information you need to give to the client and receive from the client to be able to advise on the case. (400 words).
Negotiation Strategy Note ;
Your supervisor has asked you to send her a strategy note for the negotiation that will take place in the office next week. You will be provided with the negotiation details in Week 10 Workshops and given time to prepare the strategy prior to undertaking a mock negotiation.
Your supervisor has asked you to take in account the environment, the individual, negotiation techniques and any other factors that would be appropriate to get the desired outcome for the client. (400 words).
