Performance management systems have become a key feature in today’s organisations to drive competitive advantage and achieve high performance.
Provide a report that considers and evaluates why performance management systems have become so prevalent with in organisational settings.
Identify relevant academic theory that relates to performance management. Then using an organisation you are familiar with; examine performance management within their work place and any theories that you can identify.
From your findings draw conclusions that proposed recommendations that the organisation might consider in order to improve their performance management process.
