Prepare a research report regarding a luxury hotel operation in relation to managing business operations. The report must include applications of concepts from “Operations & Supply Chain Management” by David Colliers and James Evans.
By using design thinking, innovation capability and managing business operations insight to develop and propose viable solutions to improving the hotel operations processes. Logistic, or layout. Example of solutions includes the use of Big Data to improve customer service experiences, the use of AI to improve operations processes etc.
In addition, the report must include a minimum of 8 x well-chosen academic journal articles, and a minimum of 4 x media articles from the business press (e.g., The Conversation, The Australian Financial Review, The Economist, The Times, The Weekend Australian, Wall Street Journal).
