The choice of an appropriate scenario is key
Select a scenario which will ensure you address the Learning Outcomes
The scenario must be one where leadership is witnessed not where you were the leader. We learn better from examples of good practice.
Explain the facts surrounding the chosen scenario where the student his able to sufficiently establish the context and background of the example of leadership.
When selecting the example to use as the focus for this assignment it is necessary that multiple individuals are involved.
