Case Study for Airport Terminal Incident
As an airport director, you must be familiar with airport incidents in order to best respond to a similar situation in the future. Research an airport terminal incident at a U.S. or international airport (except for JFK). Write about this incident including these points:
1- Summarize the incident to include an overview
2- how the incident response was handled
3- lessons learned
4- Discuss how your airport would respond to a similar incident.
5- Is your airport prepared to deal with such an incident?
6- Are any additional resources, staffing, training, etc., needed at your airport?
