2. Using the template provided on this link create your own family disaster plan and submit for Assessment #4. You may choose to copy and paste into a word or PDF document. You are also allowed to include any additional information that you feel may be beneficial for you. THIS IS YOUR FAMILY ACTION PLAN TO DEVELOP THE SPECIFICS AND DETAILS. Write it as your action plan – not “I would…or I think…” This is THE plan that you practice with your family so each knows their roles and jobs.
