Proposal Section

Address and discuss each of the following points in a developed paragraph; use at least one cited evidence in APA format in each paragraph:
Paragraph1: Introduction:

Write the introduction of your essay and provide in-depth background information and an argumentative and developed thesis statement. End the introduction with research questions you intend to explore and argue throughout the essay (review the introduction paragraph in the sample APA paper)

Tone:
Academic tone and word choices, but you can use “I” to explain and discuss the following sections:

Paragraph 2: Explanation of purpose:
Discuss which of the following is/are the purpose of your essay and why.
Ethical argument,
Evaluation argument,
Problem solution argument
Cause and effect argument
A combination of two or more strategies

Paragraph 3: Explanation of Qualifier
Address the limitations to your argument by using the qualifier terms

Paragraph 4: Explanation of rebuttal
Address the major objection/ counterargument to the proposal and how you intend to refute it

Annotated Bibliography section:

Definition:
A bibliography is a list of sources (books, journals, Web sites, periodicals, etc.) one is using for researching a topic. Bibliographies are sometimes called “References” or “Works Cited” depending on the style format you are using. A bibliography usually just includes the bibliographic information (i.e., the author, title, publisher, etc.).
An annotation is a summary and/or evaluation. Therefore, an annotated bibliography includes a summary and evaluation of each of the sources.

At least 8 sources; at least 4 should be academic journal articles
Outline
APA citation of each source (arrange the sources in alphabetical order)
Brief summary of the major arguments and details of each source
Analysis of each source
Why and how the source is effective toward your essay
