There are all sorts of things that need to be considered. For example, you need to develop an understanding of how to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, determine how to manage organizations, processes, and people in other countries, and manage a multinational enterprise in a technology-based environment.
Don’t focus on telling the story over again by focusing on explaining the situation. It is now time for action and you are an international manager that needs to get the job done. You have a lot of flexibility here so make sure you understand the situation and use the questions above after the first paragraph to guide your actions.
Remember, your answers should be devised using what you have learned to date. There will be parts of the situation you don’t know but conduct some research regarding the product, organization type, industry, situation, etc… to help you make your argument in addition to the concepts you have been studying this semester.
