For this assignment, you are to develop an Emergency Management Plan for a critical incident of your choosing. You must identify a specific incident (either real or fictitious) and consider the following in the EMP:
• Elements within a Governance Structure
• Members of and roles/responsibilities of an Advisory Committee (Organizational Model)
• What should be contained within the Administrative Plan
• Define a Vision, Mission, and Strategy
• Stated Goals and Objectives
• Identify what resources will be used and how they will be deployed/tracked
• Conclude with an assessment of the incident including strengths/weaknesses and recommendations for future incidents
