After viewing the tort law website, consider the material in the chapter describing the intended purposes and functioning of tort law. Then, respond to the following questions:
What is your assessment of the current civil law system?
Is reform necessary, or are critics over emphasizing those cases which appear on the surface to be frivolous?
If you had the power to change the tort system, what changes, if any, would you make? Why?
