This week, you will demonstrate what you learned from reading chapter nine by choosing an appropriate speech topic for this audience (your classmates). Using terminology from the sections that focused on audience analysis, tell us why the topic you chose is a good topic for this audience.
Then think about developing an informative speech on the topic and a persuasive speech on the same topic. Write a specific purpose statement for an informative speech on the topic and a specific purpose statement for a persuasive speech on the topic. Delivering a speech this semester is not required.
