This is one of the pieces of advice you were given for writing pages 2-though-5 of your NST (Instruction Manual)—this advice was given within row #22 of Canvas file #011, Writing PROMPT 4:
“When it comes to the instructions, what are the two Overviews? Use the overviews to introduce what you are about to say to either Bob or Ruth. Neither Bob nor Ruth can read your mind, and they don’t know much about the OSU-Corvallis campus, so you have to introduce your instructions and then state obvious details.
When it comes to the instructions, what are the two Results Summaries? Use the two Results Summaries to restate what features need special attention and which features have the highest priority for inclusion in your app, because oftentimes you don’t get all the features you ask for from developers.
Additional Note: This is typical advice given to someone preparing an oral presentation—and a similar technique can be used for complex instructions: “Tell your audience what you are about to say [for our purposes, Overview] , say it [for our purposes, Instructions], and then in closing remarks, remind your audience of what you have just said [for our purposes, Results Summary].”

For Graded-DISCUSSION-4-NST-MAN-pages-1-2-3-4-5-for-5pts-due-Wed30Jun-at-1159PM, please write-up and reply to the Graded DISCUSSION thread in Canvas:
D
Your Graded DISCUSSION reply should be a 250-word paragraph that includes a topic sentence. (Advice for writing a paragraph with a topic sentence: 1) Write down the content of your paragraph first; and 2) then go back and make sure that your first sentence fully introduces your content.)
Imagine yourself addressing the software (SW) developers from Planet Argon. In approximately 250 words, introduce your app (give it a name), and then describe for the developers what your app can do and why students at Oregon State University would want to use your app.
