This study examined the Human Resource Management model which is mostly viewed as organizational commitment and support. A hypothesis on HRM practices (performance appraisal, training and career development) was formulated and the outcome was predicated to be related positively to the commitment of the organization and the organizational support was picked as the mediator between HRM practices and commitment
