Critical Analysis of the Film Seven by David Fincher
The movie Seven is a depressing collection of sins, whose consequences are deadly. It consists of scary urban surroundings affected by sickening murders.
Each subsequent death is more dangerous than the last and possesses strong relations to the library in the locality. In the movie, it appears that the murderer knew Chaucer, Dante, Milton and Agatha Christie.
He perpetuates numerous crimes that send a common message in that it portrays dark sins that resemble those of Hannibal Lecter. For example, a gorgeous model gets murdered, and her nose is cut off (Fincher, 1995).
