Best practice in HRM and its impact on employee performance
To maintain and increase the performance of an organization is one of the major aims of any Human Resource Management. In the recent past however, minimal studies have been carried out to extensively address the character of performance which takes different directions and has always been linked to HR practices which on manipulation gives different outcomes (Cary & William, 2005).
When the study is carried out, it adds some outcomes to the already known HR practices and they include organizational, financial and the employee outcomes (CIPD Publishing, 2005).
The study further analyzes how the human resource practices determine the dimensional outcomes and try to explain why job satisfaction is important for any organization.
