Within any business, either profit or non-profit enterprises, there are two key broad organizational management’s areas, the organizational behavior, and culture.
In many organizations currently, there are various challenges that different organizations face in the course of recruiting their employments (“Emotions in Organizational Behavior,” 2004, p. 21).
The ability of any organization to deal with these challenges depends on the strategies that are put in place. These are as far as the management of employees’ culture and behavior modeling is concerned.
