Audit: Right dosage of Statin being used and 3 month screening for Lipids(LDL)
This is an Audit about the right dose usage in prescribing Statins and also screening for Blood Lipid levels 3months, after experiencing a myocardial infarction. Both of these are guidelines given out by NICE that I have put in my word file under the data collection table.
Data has already been collected and results are shown on the table in a word file and results have been discussed under it.
read the file named “Grading of audit” in which I have explained everything about each section and what are they supposed to be about and the marking criteria that I am aiming for (Merit). I have written down the criteria needed and please follow them along with all the audit. The “Grading of audit” is a really important file and every instruction and context of each section. Please follow every instruction and discuss every point made. PLEASE READ THIS FILE!
Each audit has different sections and they are explained In file “SSC Guide” Please read them before And Know that you don’t need to do the Last section (section5). Completely the first 3 sections and Make recommendations for stage 4 “Making improvement”.
1)First please read SSC guide that will explain everything and different section but as I mentioned only the first 3 sections and recommendations for stage 4. The Assessment is at the end of this file so please make sure you read the criteria and assessments as I am aiming for merit.
2)Then “SSC 3 Clinical audit” will explain more about each section and give you examples of each section for example how to data analysis in section 3 and usage of tables and charts are important.
3)The data is collected in the table that is needed to be discussed and evaluated and analyzed. the results are made under.
4)Then “SSC Assessment” will help you to understand each criterion that is needed and how to discuss them and being able to understand what is needed to be included.
5) There is a passed SSC example that is attached you can use or understand a picture of what is needed.
