the reference list if the task specifies their
inclusion).
Task: CDU wants to develop an Assessment
Centre for the recruitment of their
Lecturing staff. CDU has asked you as an
Organisational Psychologist to design an
Assessment Centre.
Your design should cover the following details:
1. What job and organisational analysis issues do you think will need to be addressed to successfully develop the assessment centre?
2. Identify the components of your proposed Assessment centre.
Briefly describe each component of your assessment centre and provide a brief rationale for each components’ inclusion
3. Explain and justify how performance could be assessed for each component?
4. Explain who should oversee assessing said components. Justify your choice?

In Week 8- details on this task will be provided. Study the readings for and participate in the related lectures and tutorials tasks for the corresponding task topic (Especially Week 8 and Week 9).

Presentation: All submissions must be submitted as a .doc or .docx file. All other formats are not accepted, and your assessment will be
considered late until it has been submitted using the correct file type. see the rubric for details on formatting.
The task responses must be presented in a way that is APA style 7th edition. This style is the standard professional presentation format for psychologists worldwide.

Assessment criteria: The specific assessment criteria and rubrics
