Create a Business Report for the MayKa Construction
MayKa Construction is a company created specifically for this report. It doesn’t exist in real life, but based on the case study given, we need to create and propose a new Sustainability and Social Responsibility strategy and policy for the MayKa Constrruction organisation.
The strategies used and all the approaches should be based on the things that other companies in the construction industry do to have a near-zero impact on the environment.
In part 3 of the structure, we should concentrate on the main 6 core characteristic of CSR given and apply them to MayKa construction, based on what other companies in the construction industry do to fulfill these characteristics.
And in Part 4, we should use three theoretical frameworks which would highlight in the best way a new strategy for MayKa construction. The report word count is 3,000 words, and I add additional 300 words for an executive summary.
Supporting data and arguments should be based on the construction industry, but if there are any new technologies, which for example google uses to build their business centers, and they would help MayKa construction, it would be great as well.
