Analysis of the cultural profile and management practices my company (automotive) would need to adopt when moving operations from UK to India
(Part 1 which I’ve completed and will attach below is making up an imaginary company within a real sector in the UK, this is used to set up the essay)
(What I need help with!!!)- The report task is to analyse and critically review the contemporary international issues for the company when relocating to India. This includes: Culture Profile, HR issues, Communication.
As well as my answer to P1 I will attach: The assessment brief that contains the criteria, Notes I have taken showing the different topics of discussion from each week, Discussion questions used to prompt ideas and 3 past Exemplars.
The exemplars contain many of the key reading references and will be helpful with the structure but the country destinations and company Industry are different to my own so be ware.
