After you have watched the videos and taken notes, you will succinctly, accurately, and logically write a reflective paper on each to include:
1. A brief overview of that video/s to include what activities you observed, the teaching approach or philosophy, specific practices/ strategies utilized, student behavior and/or student response to learning (if present), engagement and behavior management strategies, and any observations about classroom design/ organization.
2. A description of the strengths and weaknesses of the classroom. You must support and illustrate your assertions with specific examples from your observations of the videos.
3. Discuss how your observations and reflections inform your understanding and guide your own teaching practice, specifically as they relate to students with special needs. Include what practices you might adopt in your classroom and why, as well as practices you might avoid and why.
