TOPIC: The Importance of Early Intervention in Special Education

Your first page will be a graphic combined with 4- 6 quotations from the various sources you use in your paper (examples will be provided). The graphic may be a drawing, collage, comic strip or cartoon, pamphlet, photo, etc. It may not simply be pictures you have copied and pasted from the internet. Its purpose is to portray your response to the issue you chose in a symbolic way that also represents your thinking.
The body of your product will be a 4-5-page report in which you share current research
findings and information relating to the critical issue you chose. Your research should be current and drawn from sources no earlier than 2015.
Please use a minimum of 4 sources.
One resource must be a current, research-based journal. The remaining 3 resources may be of your choosing. Blogs are not acceptable resources.
The next portion of your paper should be a 1-page reflection which summarizes your response to the topic. This is an opportunity to express your opinion.

Note that this is different than the 4-5-page portion of the paper where you present research. It is your response which includes your reasoning and to support your thinking. It’s the “why I feel the way I do” portion of this section. Support can come in different forms; literature, interviews and personal experiences (though that should not be your only support/connection).
