Part 1 is to design a summary information sheet to promote and support collaborative practice. The information sheet is intended to inform children and their parents about the project/activity which should also get the children involved and specifically the different professionals involved.
This should be 1-2 sides of A4 (450 words) and can include pictures to make it look appealing. (please also include references on the sheet)
Part 2 – using theoretical models, critically reflect on:
– Reasons for the selection of the area of practice in relation to collaborative approaches.
– Evaluate learning, including possible developments for collaborative practice improvements.
– consider whether children, young people and/or families can be more involved with this practice and implications in relation to risk and/or complex needs.
– How other professional roles could enhance collaborative practice in supporting children/young people.
These reflections should be compared and contrasted with theoretical and professional perspectives from your reading and research. (1500 words) sub headings can be used for part 2.
