Draft a 700- to 1,050-word letter to a nursing administrator detailing at least one of each constraint (legal, ethical, and policy) and do the following:
Explain each constraint.
Analyze the influence of the constraint on nursing practice.
Outline a plan to overcome the constraint using the nursing process.
Incorporate a theory you can use to support your potential solution.
Include three peer-reviewed journal articles and an APA-formatted reference page. Choose articles other than the ones used in your annotated bibliography.
