Outlining the Case
Write two well-organized essay outlines describing the roles of the leaders in the Cuban Missile Crisis. When you are writing your outline remember to do the following:
• Use Roman numerals (I, II, III, IV, V) to represent the introduction, conclusion, and main topics.
• Include your thesis statement in your introduction.
• Use capital letters (A, B, C) for the subtopics, or pieces of information, that support your main topic.
• Use Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) to represent specific facts below the subtopics.
To receive full credit, submit your outlines to your teacher by the due date. You will be graded on content and on your outline format.
