Prepare a presentation for the organization’s senior leadership in which you do the following:
Use a Performance Management framework or scorecard, such as the Balanced Score Card, to:
Develop a set of metrics for your organization or department.
Use hypothetical data to inform leadership about the organization’s or department’s performance.
Provide recommendations and options to improve performance.
Create a 10- to 15-slide presentation using any appropriate media, such as Microsoft® PowerPoint®. The presentation should take about 10 minutes to present in a boardroom.
