Developing a Logic Model to Guide Your Program Design (Internet Disorders and Adolescent Addiction) (SEE ATTACHED PAPER)
Develop a simple logic model based on the Kellogg Foundation guide (Chapters 2–4 of the W. K. Kellogg Foundation’s Logic Model Development Guide, pages 15–45.)
You do not need to provide the actual diagram for this discussion, but rather describe the logic model components:
1. Your Planned Work (Resources/Inputs, Activities, and Outputs) and your Intended Results (Outcomes and Impact).
2. Cite sources of support for your Activities, Outputs, Outcomes, and Impact from the Research Basis you have identified for your program.
3. Create at least two if-then statements to illustrate the relationship among these components.
