The portfolio should include a minimum of three targets to support your professional development. (Please use the template portfolio).
These targets can be based on assisting your professional development, preparation skills for your placement, or a target you wish to achieve whilst on placement.
You have already shown use of the OSCAR model to aid with your target planning and structure and this is one method that can be used to support your progress. In the target planning I would like to see evidence as to how this target will support professional development, the methods/ideas that you will use to help meet your end goal and analysis as to how this target will support your progress.
In this second segment of the portfolio- I would like you to research your job role online- this can be via an online source or job specification. You will then make a plan based on the skills you need to acquire and how your work in the placement will help meet this goal.
I would also like to see analysis of the role in relation to your targets and identify how these will help you make progress going forward.
We have used a number of tools so far to support our progress and hopefully you continue using these methods to assist with the portfolio. The OSCAR model is a good way of collaborating to help map out your target and structure your plan.
My chosen 3 targets are ICT skills, Time Management and being able to speak up in front of people. These are for the portfolio template. Roughly 200 words
5 references on part b only ( Job role assessment) and 350 words please.
