The module is drugs and crime control. As recent countries moving towards legislating the use of cannabis there has been a lot of debate around the justification in legalising such drug.
This essay primarily focuses on the arguments of legalising cannabis in the UK. The essay could be divided into Health argument and social harms (the effect of legalising and current prohibition of cannabis on the society socially + costs).
