A case study will be provided that presents the situation of an individual with health or support needs. You should analyse this case study to determine what policy and law can be employed to enable the person and their family to live well.
As part of your analysis you must:
Clearly identify the law and policy relevant to the case study.
Explain why the law and policy you have identified are relevant.
Explain how the law and policy could be used to enable the person and their family to gain a better quality of living.
Discuss what the challenges are to the approach you have identified.
