Determine the best course of action to change the occurrence of the defined behavior.

There will be a 4-part personal project as part of this course utilizing the information provided throughout the class. You will be required to select a personal behavior that you wish to eliminate or enhance and build a plan to make the behavioral changes needed.

Part 1 will be based on the first 8 lessons of the textbook.

Part 2 is based on lessons 9 thru 12.

Part 3 is based on lessons 13 thru 19.

Part 4 on lessons 20 thru 25.

You may not have to use all the lessons, dependent on the behavior chosen, but you will have to completely explain why you do not need to use those lessons.

Whatever the chosen behavior to change, you must be able to define it meeting two specific criteria. First, it must be observable and secondly, it must be measurable. To be observable, it must be defined such that an outside, non-interested party, will be able to observe that specific behavior only and then be able to record those observations for you to determine the best course of action to change the occurrence of the defined behavior.

The objective of this project is to allow you to tie all the lessons together to come up with a comprehensive plan of action for change, that if done properly, will enhance or eliminate the behavior. It will also allow you to plan the same type of action for any other behavioral change needed in the future.
