I am writing the literature review chapter focuses on the factors that influence end-user satisfaction with mandate educational management system.
I should have written an introduction, at least two pages. a discussion about satisfaction based on the following guideline.
Satisfaction
“Feeling of pleasure or disappointment which resulted from comparing a product’s perceived performance or outcome against his/ her expectations” (p.144).

3.1 User satisfaction with technology

• What’s causing technology to be successful, and people are satisfied with it.
• How satisfaction discussed in the literature
• For example, we can say; the issue of end-user satisfaction has attracted great attention across multiple disciplines.
• For example, the marketing discipline, in particular, has discussed this from this context,
• In the management discipline. They’ve discussed it from x context.
• In an information system
• Thus, there’s a multiplicity of issues that need to be considered t? One of these, for example, would be issues to do with the factors that influence it from technology adoption, which will be discussed in the next section.
